Privacy Policy

When you reserve a visit, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number (if given), the date, time, party size, and any notes you add. We also record whether you have acknowledged our lounge waiver.

• To create, confirm, and manage your reservation.
• To send a confirmation and a friendly reminder before your visit.
• To add your booking to our internal café calendar so staff are ready for you.
• To contact you if something about your visit changes.

We don't sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run bookings:

• Supabase: securely stores reservation data.
• Resend: sends confirmation and reminder emails.
• Google Calendar: keeps our staff calendar in sync.

These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

We retain reservation records as long as needed to operate the café and meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize them.

You can change or cancel a reservation any time by replying to your confirmation email or calling us. To request a copy or deletion of your information, email purrmontcatcafe@gmail.com.

The public site uses minimal cookies. Our staff admin area uses a secure session cookie for login. We don't use advertising trackers.

Families are welcome at Purrmont, but we don't knowingly collect information directly from children. Reservations are made by an adult.
